Introducing Our Premier Curriculum

A research-backed early learning system Powered by Experience Curriculum + Brightwheel

At Odyssey Early Learning Academy, we use Experience Curriculum, an award-winning, research-based program that blends play, discovery, and skill-building into the daily routine. Through monthly thematic units, hands-on learning materials, and intentional teacher-guided experiences, children explore the world around them while building the foundation for school success.
 

Experience Curriculum aligns with national early learning standards and covers all major developmental domains: language, literacy, math, science, social-emotional, creative arts, and physical development.

 

Infants (3–18 months)

Experience Baby™ — Responsive, Relationship-Based Learning

Our infant program is grounded in the Experience Baby framework, which supports early development through warm relationships, sensory exploration, and daily routines that feel safe, predictable, and nurturing.

Each day, our teachers guide infants through activities that support:

 

Early Brain & Sensory Development

• Exploring high-contrast images, picture cards, and simple books

• Songs, fingerplays, and rich language exposure

Motor Skills & Body Awareness

• Tummy time, grasping toys, reaching, pulling, and soft-climber exploration

• Building fine- and gross-motor strength through purposeful movement

Social-Emotional Connections

• One-on-one interaction, responsive caregiving, and emotional attunement

• Teachers narrating, modeling expression, and offering comfort & connection

Early Cognitive Skills

• Discovering cause-and-effect

• Object permanence play

• Exploration baskets and safe sensory materials
   

Infants learn best through loving interactions, and Experience Baby provides developmentally rich ways for us to intentionally support each milestone.

Toddlers & Preschoolers

Experience Toddler™ & Experience Preschool™ — Play-Based, Hands-On Learning

For toddlers and preschoolers, we use Experience Curriculum’s monthly thematic study units, which include:
