To begin the waitlist process, a non-refundable fee of $50 is required, ensuring your name is added to our waitlist with ease. Once the fee is paid, you will be directed to our convenient electronic waitlist sign-up form.
Please keep in mind that the payment of the waitlist fee secures your child's place on our waitlist; however, it does not guarantee immediate enrollment. We understand the importance of enrolling as many waitlisted families as possible, and we diligently work to accommodate everyone.
After completing the payment process, please proceed to the waitlist form to provide your child's information. By doing so, you will receive periodic updates via email regarding your status and position in line. We value open communication and want to keep you informed every step of the way.
Please be aware that your child's place in line may vary over time. This fluctuation is typically due to children aging out of their current waitlist. For example, if an infant on the waitlist turns 15 months, they will automatically be moved to the toddler waitlist and may end up ahead of your child if their waitlist application date was prior to yours. Rest assured, we ensure fairness and transparency in our enrollment process.
When an opening becomes available for your child, we will reach out to you promptly via email or phone call. We kindly ask that you respond within 48 hours to secure the spot. In the event of non-response, we will proceed to the next family in line, as we want to provide every child with the opportunity to embark on their Odyssey adventure.
